Jen Campisano is an attorney with a focus on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legislative solutions. She began her legal career in Washington, D.C., working on Capitol Hill before moving to Arizona, where she practiced in corporate transactions, governance matters, contract negotiations, and bankruptcy for clients ranging from startups to national energy companies. She later served as Compliance Counsel with NYSE Governance Services, where she advised public companies on governance frameworks, compliance programs, and risk mitigation.

With deep experience at the intersection of law, policy, and corporate operations, Jennifer helps clients navigate complex regulatory environments and design practical, business-oriented solutions. She brings a collaborative, detail-driven approach to each matter and is committed to helping organizations build strong governance structures that support long term growth and stability.
