The Arizona Department of Health Services released its second draft rules for the cannabis social equity program recently. These new draft rules expanded the eligibility requirements for the26 social equity licenses which will be made available later in 2021. “We need to make sure these are going into communities that have been disproportionately affected,” Bianchi & Brandt partner Laura Bianchi told Phoenix New Times.
