We represent U.S.-based and international clients in inbound and outbound M&A as well as reverse mergers. We’ve successfully closed $500+ million in cannabis-related deals, including a $100+ million cannabis M&A, and over $300 million in other industry deals, including a $50 million+ real estate and agricultural transaction which was the largest in Arizona that year.
